Closing the Year Well is a grounded, guided reflection designed to help you complete the year you’ve lived — emotionally, energetically, and internally — so you don’t carry unprocessed weight forward with you.
This is not a goal-setting workshop.
It’s not about productivity or fixing yourself.
It’s about integration, acknowledgement, and conscious closure.
In this 75–90 minute live session, I’ll gently guide you through a reflective process that helps you:
Honour what shaped this year
Integrate the lessons it offered
Acknowledge who you’ve become
Close the chapter with clarity and calm
So you can step into the next year feeling complete, not rushed.

This is a spacious, softly facilitated experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Together, we’ll move through:
A gentle grounding and arrival practice
Guidance on how to move through reflection without bypassing or pressure
A guided journaling process across four core life areas
Time to write a personal gratitude letter that integrates the year in full
A quiet, intentional closing to anchor completion
There is no forced sharing.
Cameras are optional.
Silence is intentional.
You’ll be guided, supported, and held — without being coached or “worked on”.

A journal or notebook + pen (written reflection is key)
