How the Equilibration process works

Equilibration is offered as a private, 1:1 experience and can be completed via Zoom or in person.

Step 1: Pre‑Call (30 minutes)

We explore the core issue or pattern you’re currently facing and determine the focus of your Equilibration.

Step 2: Preparation Phase

Your session is intentionally prepared over the following week to ensure depth, safety, and precision.

Step 3: Equilibration Session (approx. 90 minutes)

A fully guided process where we work together to reveal balance, insight, and emotional resolution.

You are supported the entire way. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed
